SERVICE COMMANDS

Display the operation status screen

Hold down the [
], [ ], and [ENTER] buttons on the projector together to
display the picture shown on the right.
Alternatively, open the OPTION menu from the menu screen and move the cur-
sor to [MENU POSITION]. Press the [AUTO POSITION], [ENTER], and [AUTO
POSITION] buttons in order to display the picture shown on the right. Press the
[MENU] button to cancel this picture.

*1) The figures in the parentheses are the "temperature when the power is
turned off due to a temperature failure". The default value 0 is shown
in the parentheses when the warning record has been reset. Table 1
shows the temperature setting for each sensor.
FAN MODE
Reset to the factory settings
Use the procedure below to reset the setting values and the warning record to
the factory settings.( It is accepted only on the standby state. )
Press the [MENU], [ENTER], and [
time.
When the reset command is accepted, the STATUS LED will flash green two
times.
Note1: It takes about 10 seconds for the projector to complete the process of
resetting to the factory settings because the iris is fully opened in the
process. Upon completion of the reset process, the STATUS LED wil
flash green two times. Do not disconnect the AC cord while the STA-
TUS LED is flashing.
Note2: After the settings are reset, the menu language will be English.
Reset the lamp operating time
After replacing the lamp, reset the lamp operating time using the procedure
below.Press the [POWER], [
time.When the reset command is accepted, the STATUS indicator will flash red
two times.
: Software version of the main-microcomputer
: Software version of the sub-microcomputer
: Software version of the fan-microcomputer
: Software version of the DDP-microcomputer
: Software version of the LAN-microcomputer
: Projector operating time (Cumulative projector op-
erating time),impossible to reset.
: Lamp 1 operating time, possible to reset.
(STANDARD mode time + LOW mode time)
: The total lamp 1 operating time is displayed on a
Low mode basis.
(LOW mode time converted from STANDARD mode
time + LOW mode time) Possible to reset.
: Number of times the lamp 1 operating time has
been reset, impossible to reset.
: Lamp 1 operating time, possible to reset.
(STANDARD mode time + LOW mode time)
: The total lamp 1 operating time is displayed on a
Low mode basis.
(LOW mode time converted from STANDARD mode
time + LOW mode time) Possible to reset.
: Number of times the lamp 1 operating time has
been reset, impossible to reset.
: Time when a temperature error occurred.0H0M is
displayed when the power hasn't been turned off
because of a temperature error.
: The sensor that caused power-off is indicated
within the parentheses.
: The lamp mode when an error occurred is indi-
cated within the parentheses.
: Intake temperature (°C)

: Rotation speed of the fan (0 to 25)
