Tilt motor head back.
Place bowl o n bowl-damping plate.
Turn bowlgently in clockwise d irection
(seepicture above).

, Turn speed control to OFF.
• Tiltmotor head back.
• Turnbowl i n counterclockwise direction.

Push locking leverintoUNLOCK position
andhold.
Tilt motor head back.
Move locking leverintoLOCK position.
TOLOCK MOTOR H EAD iNOPERATING
POSiTiON
• Push locking leverintoUNLOCK position
andhold.
• Lower m otor head untilit is completely
downintooperating p osition.
• Move locking leverintoLOCK position.
• Before mixing, testmotor head lockby
attempting t o raisehead.
NOTE: Motorhead should always be kept
in LOCK position whenusingmixer.

WIRE WHIP, ORDOUGH NOOK
• Turnspeed control to OFF andunplug.
Raise motor head.
Press beater u pward asfaraspossible a nd
turnleft.
• Pull b eater f rombeater s haft.
TOOPERATE CONTROL SPEED

moved to desired higher s peed to avoid
