When the engine is started and the cutting attachment starts rotating, the excess line will
automatically be cut by the line cutter located on the guard.
Cutting
The nylon line cuts grass cleanly without damaging tree bark and avoiding the violent impacts that
would occur between a rigid cutting attachment and hard surfaces.
It is, however, recommended not to work too long in such areas in order to avoid damaging fragile,
immature plant, in particular, and to avoid premature line wear.
Proceed in stages, when trimming, tilting the cutting attachment slightly.
For larger areas, hold the cutting attachment horizontal and sway it sideways from right to left and
from left to right, alternately.
CAUTION:
•
Do not rest the bottom of the cutting attachment on the ground as this could damage it, as well as
your lawn.

Lors du redémarrage du moteur et de l'outil, la longueur de fil en excédent sera automatiquement
coupée par le couteau situé sur le protecteur.
La Coupe
Le fil nylon permet une coupe nette de l'herbe, sans endommager l'écorce des arbres ou sans choc
violent d'un outil rigide sur une surface dure.
Il est cependant recommandé de ne pas trop insister sur ces parties, principalement pour les jeunes
plants fragiles, et pour éviter une usure trop rapide du fil.
Procéder par étapes pour le détourage, en inclinant légèrement la tête de coupe.
Pour les surfaces plus importantes, maintenir l'outil à l'horizontale et effectuer un mouvement latéral
alternativement de droite à gauche et de gauche à droite.
PRÉCAUTION:
•
Ne pas faire reposer la partie inférieure de l'outil sur le sol. Ceci l'endommagerait, ainsi que la
pelouse.
