You can customize voice recognition or choose to use basic recognition only Customization allows 
more interaction and hotwords you define.
 
From home, tap Apps

Voice Search

Set up the options your phone uses when you search by using voice commands or when it can 
respond to you with text-to-voice.

following settings for voice recognition:
 
Language: Select a language.

Speech output: Select Always, Informative only, or Hands-free only.

Block offensive words: Hide recognized offensive text.
l
 
Hotword detection: Say "OK Google" to launch voice search.
l
 
Offline speech recognition: Enables voice input while offline.
l
 
Personalized recognition: Improve speech recognition accuracy.
l
 
Google Account dashboard: Manage your collected data.
l
 
Bluetooth headset: Records audio through Bluetooth headset if available.

Text-to-speech Output

Set up your phone's speech synthesis engine and speech rate.
 
From home, tap Apps

the following settings:
 
Google Text-to-speech Settings: Sets the language for the spoken voice.

Speech rate: Speed at which the text is spoken.

Listen to an example: Play a short demonstration of speech synthesis that matches the

settings you select in Speech rate.
 
Default language status: Shows if the selected language is fully supported.

Mouse/Trackpad

You can adjust the speed of a connected pointer device.
