1. Insert the whisk assembly to the
handheld part (E).
Turn the handheld part (E) clockwise
to lock into position.
To disassemble, turn the handheld
part (E) anti-clockwise.

Cleaning and care

1. Before cleaning, always unplug
the appliance. Do not immerse the
mixing foot (F) in water, just wash
under running water (no abrasive
cleaner or detergents). Place upright
to let it dry.

2. Gently pull the professional double
whisk (K) from the whisk holder
(J) to detach. The whisk (K) can be
washed in dishwasher. Wipe the whisk
holder (J) with a damp cloth and dry
thoroughly. Insert the whisk (K) to the
whisk holder (K) after washing and
drying.

3. Wipe the handheld part (E) with a
damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Never immerse the handheld part
(E) in water due to risk of electric
shock.
When finished cleaning, store the
stick mixer in its stand (I).
The chopper bowl and
professional double whisk are
dishwasher safe. If using the
dishwasher, place parts only on the
top rack of the dishwasher.
