For radiotelephone or telex communication, a DSC urgency call can be made as follows.

non-distress call.

Select Call type and press ENT to move
the cursor to the right. Then use the jog
dial to select URG/Indv/TEL.
To specify the telex communication,

URG/Indv/FEC.

Press ENT.
The text displayed in Calling FRQ and
Working FRQ changes as shown to the right,
and the cursor moves to Address.
Note The following procedure is the same as for safety calls in "4.5.1.1 Individual
