Cleaning and care
Start the Evaporate residual moisture
process (E 5).
Steam can cause scalding injuries.
Do not open the door during the
evaporation process.

The oven heating will switch on and the
duration will count down in the display.

duration may be adjusted by the
system according to how much water is
currently present.
The last minute will count down in
seconds.

At the end of the evaporation process
– a buzzer will sound three times if the
buzzer is switched on (see "Settings
– P 2"),
– 00:00 will appear and T will flash.

Y Turn the function selector to ß.

Danger of burning!
Allow the oven interior and
accessories to cool down before
cleaning them.

Z Remove the universal tray and empty
it. Clean the oven interior to remove
any condensation and descaling
agent residue.
Leave the oven door open until the
oven interior is completely dry.
