ASSEMBLY
Before beginning assembly, carefully read the
following information and instructions:
• Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the
packing materials; do not dispose of the packing
materials until assembly is completed.
• Read each assembly step before you begin.
• For help identifying the small parts used in
assembly, use the part identification chart on
the previous page. The number in parenthesis
below each part refers to the key number of the
part. The second number refers to the quantity
needed for assembly. Note: Some small parts
may have been pre-attached for shipping pur-
poses. If a part is not in the parts bag, check
to see if it has been pre-attached.
1. Before beginning assembly, be sure that you
have read and understand the information on
the previous page.
Attach the Backrest (3) to the Frame (1) with the
three M6 x 50mm Screw (5). Press a 38mm Round
Inner Cap (9) into each side of the Frame.
2. Press two 50mm Round Inner Caps (9) onto the
Adjustment Leg (2). Press a 38mm x 50mm Inner
Cap (10) into the top of the Adjustment Leg.
Align the indicated holes in the Frame (1) and the
Adjustment Leg (2). Attach the Adjustment Leg to
the Frame with two Lock Pins (8).
• Tighten all parts as you assemble them, unless
instructed to do otherwise.
• During assembly, make sure that all parts are ori-
ented as shown in the drawings.
THE FOLLOWING TOOLS (NOT INCLUDED)
ARE REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY:
• One (1) adjustable spanner
Assembly will be more convenient if you have the
following tools: A socket set, a set of open-end or
closed-end wrenches, or a set of ratchet wrenches.

3. Press a 3/4" Round Inner Cap (11) into each end of
a 3/4" Pad Bar (4). Slide the 3/4" Pad Bar into the
upper hole in the Adjustment Leg (2). Slide a Small
Foam Pad (6) onto each end of the 3/4" Pad Bar.
Press a 3/4" Round Inner Cap (11) into each end of
the other 3/4" Pad Bar (4). Slide the 3/4" Pad Bar
into the lower hole in the Adjustment Leg (2). Slide
a Large Foam Pad (7) onto each end of the 3/4"
Pad Bar.
ADJUSTING THE WEIDER
The steps below explain how the weight bench can be adjusted. Refer to the exercise information on page 6 for
how to use the WEIDER
®
110.
Inspect and tighten all parts each time you use the WEIDER
WEIDER
®
110 can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use solvents.
ADJUSTING THE LEVEL OF THE BENCH
To change the level of the Backrest (3), remove both
Lock Pins (8) from the Frame (1) and Adjustment Leg
(2). Align the set of holes in the Frame with another set
of holes in the Adjustment Leg. Re-insert the Lock Pins.
Always use both Lock Pins.
The WEIDER
®
110 can also be folded for storage. To
fold the WEIDER
®
110, remove the upper Lock Pin (8)
from the Frame (1) and Adjustment Leg (2). Fold the
Adjustment Leg under the Backrest (3). Re-insert the
Lock Pin into the Adjustment Leg for safe keeping.
