1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly
2.
Remove the access panel
3.
Remove the hard drive
4.
Remove the drive cage
5.
Remove the heat sink
6.
Remove the fan
7.
Remove the solid-state drive (if installed)
8.
Remove the memory modules
9.
Remove the WLAN module
10.
Remove the processor
11.
Disconnect all cables from the system board, noting their location for reinstallation.
12.
Remove the two Torx screws (1) that secure the system board to the computer.
