Possible Causes
Door left open.
If the temperature setting is
not showing what you last
selected, a power outage
may have occurred.
Interior needs cleaning.
Not unusual during periods
of high humidity.
Too frequent or too long
door openings.
Wine bottles touching
the back wall.
This is normal.

What To Do
• Door is not self-closing. Always make sure that the
door is closed after opening .
• Check to see if a bottle is holding door open.
• When the power came back on, the wine chiller
returned to the default setting, which is 50°F (10°C) .
Reset the control to the desired setting .
• See Care and cleaning .
• Wipe surface dry.
• Reposition bottles.
• See the Defrosting section .
• Excessive frost may form if the door is left open.

• Door is not self-closing. Always make sure that the
door is closed after opening .
• Check to see if a bottle is holding door open.

• When the power came back on, the wine chiller
