This section describes the installation procedure for expansion of direct connections
between chassis in a configuration of up to the 4BB configuration to connections
through crossbar boxes in a configuration of up to the 8BB configuration. This
procedure corresponds to pattern B (1) in
9.3.1 Changing a multiple-BB configuration into 1BB
configurations and releasing their connections
