Use a valid IP address to set the address of Server Host.

User try to set IP address for RADIUS accounting server, but the
IP address is invalid.
Use a valid IP address to configure RADIUS accounting server.
Error: Port format is invalid.
User uses non-numeric characters for the Port.
Use the numeric character for the Port.
Error: Value (<value>) is out of range for Port. The valid range is
0 to 65535.
The value of account port Interval is out of range.

Retransmits. The valid range is 1 to 15.
User configures the Max Number of Retransmits is out of range.
Use the range from 1 to 15 to configure Max Number of
Retransmits.
