Download "PS Uploader" from
epson.com/support/ps500 (U.S.) or epson.ca/support/ps500 (Canada).

Run the installation from the downloaded file.

After installing, "PS Uploader" will open automatically. You can see "PS Uploader" icon in the
system tray.

Insert the cradle's USB cable into the USB port of your PC.

Go to the "create account screen" and follow the on-screen instructions.
You need to set up a PULSENSE View account and follow the
on-screen instructions.
