The Lenovo Care program

Use the Lenovo Care program for general information about the use, operation,
and maintenance of the computer. The Lenovo Care program also contains
information to help solve problems and get repair service or other technical
assistance. The Lenovo Care program is preinstalled on most Lenovo 3000 J Series
products.
