Wiring condition

Action: Contact a qualified electrician to verify the following:
The line wires are not reversed in the wall outlet.
A neutral wire connection exists.

Utility power condition

Possible cause:
The input voltage is not within +10 or -15 percent of nominal voltage.
The UPS is receiving utility power that might be unstable or in brownout conditions. The UPS continues to
supply power to the connected equipment. If conditions worsen, the UPS might switch to battery power.
Action:
Check the input voltage and reconfigure the UPS using the UPS menu options (on page 73).
