Press and slide out the NDC riser panel latch.
The NDC riser panel is unlocked.
7.
Hold the NDC riser and carefully remove it from the connector on the system board.

Installing The NDC Riser (I/O Riser 1)

CAUTION: Many repairs may only be done by a certified service technician. You should only perform
troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in your product documentation, or as directed by the online or
telephone service and support team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized by Dell is not covered by your
warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions that came with the product.
1.
Align the NDC riser with the riser-panel slot on the chassis and the connector on the system board
2.
Lower and insert the riser into the connector on the system board firmly, until the card is fully seated.
3.
Slide in the riser panel latch, so that it snaps in position.
4.
If applicable, reinstall the left expansion card riser.
