Settings Description
MONO/STREO Input mode selection for front microphone.
CH1/2/SW Selects the sources to be recorded to channels CH-
3/4.
CH1/2: Same sources as CH-1/2.
SW: Signals selected by the AUDIO IN CH-3/
CH-4 switches.
OFF/ON Turns the XLR connection automatic detection on
or off.
Sets the reference level of the front microphone.
–40dB
–60dB/–50dB/ Sets the reference level when the AUDIO IN CH1
–40dB connector is set to MIC.
OFF/SET Volume of the monitor speaker alarm tone when it
is turned all the way down.
OFF: Almost inaudible.
SET: Faintly audible.
OFF/3dB/6dB/ Lowers the volume of the monitor speaker. Has no
9dB effect on earphone volume.
MONO/STREO Selects whether to make the rear earphone
monaural or stereo.
16bit/24bit For details, see "Setting the Recording Format"
(page 59).
–20dB/–18dB/ Sets the output level of the 1 kHz test signal.

0dB/+4dB/ Sets the output reference level.

channel, or in stereo mode, or not at all (OFF).
