6.5 FUNCTIONAL TEST
Functional Test
1.6.1 Equipment
• FLUKE54200M01 or Signal Generator
• Remocon
1.6.2 Preparing adjustment
Input each source signal
1.6.3 Checking Operation
Checking PIP, TWIN (test while main picture to ANALOG CH, sub picture to VIDEO 1)
- Keep pressing SPLIT / INPUT / SWAP KEY repeatedly and test PIP.
Checking Aspect ratio
s Input Lion pattern to AV Source.
s Press SCREEN SIZE key on the remocon.
s Zoom -> Cinema -> Full -> 4:3 -> WIDE, check operation.
Checking AV output (one between A and B would be OK)
A). – input signal to AV1
- Check normal output from TV that connect AV-Out terminal.
B). – input signal to DTV.
- Check normal output from TV that connect AV-Out terminal.
Caption test
– Press CC key on remocon.
- Check caption on picture.
Fan test
- Enter Factory Mode, test Fan On/Off operation
