Cottons
Use for
Cotton, linen or cotton mix fabrics, e.g. table linen, towelling,
underwear, T-shirts etc.
Note
– Selecting the 60°C wash temperature will give the performance of
a Cottons 60°C programme, however for energy saving and
environmental protection reasons the actual wash temperature
reached will be lower.
– Where higher levels of hygiene are required please select a
temperature of 75°C or above or use the Intensive plus
programme.
Note for test institutes:
Short programme: 3.5 kg load and Short extra option
Minimum iron

Use for
Synthetic, mixed fibre and easy care cotton. If fabrics have a high
proportion of man-made fibres it is advisable to programme the
machine for "Gentle action". See "Settings menu".
Note
Reduce the spin speed for fabrics which crease easily.
Delicates 4321ac*
Use for
Delicate garments made from synthetic fibre, mixed fibre, rayon
and easy care cotton.
Curtains, including net curtains, specified as machine-washable
by the manufacturer.
Note
– Dust in curtains usually makes using a programme with
– Select No . (No spin) for items which crease easily.
Woollens /ac*
Use for
Machine-washable or hand-washable wool or wool blend fabrics.
If the care label does not specify a temperature, wash using the
cold setting.
Note
Reduce the spin speed for items which crease easily.
