This field gives the length in bytes of the data transfer initiated by the card for the host read or
write request.
Note that the length does not reflect any early termination initiated by the host. For example, if
the host started a host read request of 200 bytes and the card is able to send 200 bytes, the card
will return the length as 200 even if the host invoked END to terminate the transfer early.
