An alarm sounds even when the phone is
switched off (except in aircraft mode,
p. 86). The phone does not go to standby
mode. Press any button to switch off the
alarm.

Information on the alarm
When the set date and time are
reached there is an audio and a visu-
al alarm. If an alarm is missed, it ap-
pears in the list of missed appoint-
ments (p. 114).

Meeting: The text is shown in the dis-

The phone number is displayed and
can be dialed immediately.

A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda of the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task
appears at the top of the list every
day until it is marked as completed.
