You can enter appointments in the
calendar. Time and date must be set
for the calendar to work correctly.
The calendar offers you three views:
Monthly view
Special color coding:
Day with entries for appointments,
day-long appointments, weekends.
Navigation:
One day forward/back.

One week forward/back.

Special displays:
Appointments are shown as a verti-
cal color bar on the horizontal hour
division.

Start of day:
Time when the working day begins.
Start of week:

weekly view on the left starts.

With the cellphone manager, (p. 126) you
can synchronize appointments, tasks and
memos with Outlook
Organizer
® or Lotus Notes™.
