1) The blood sample was
too small or smeared.
2) The Test Strip was not
inserted all the way into
the Test Strip Holder.
Your Meter may have an
electronic problem.

outside the acceptable range.
WHAT TO DO
Repeat the test with a new
Test Strip and a large, shiny
drop of blood.
Repeat the test. This time
push the Test Strip all the
way into the Test Strip
Holder.
Call LifeScan Technical
Services.
Clean the Meter and
Check Strip. Repeat the
Check Strip test.
