Create a Zip file from the Selected Folder

You can use Zip compression to create a package of files which can be easily transported or sent.
Go to Applications>>My Files. Browse any of the folders on the left pane, right
click any of the files in the right pane. Select "Create (file name).zip. "
The wizard will create a zipped file in the same folder.
