5. Pry up the latches in ascending alphabetical order (a to h) as illustrated, and then remove the base
cover assembly.
6. Reinstall the new base cover assembly and tighten the screws.
7. Reinstall the removable battery and turn the computer over again. Connect the ac power adapter and
all cables.
