Correct use

The griddle must only be used in
conjunction with the KM 410 / KM 411
Open Grill.
The grill trough must always be filled
with water when using the grill.
Before using for the first time, read
these operating instructions carefully.
They give information on safety, on the
operation and care of the appliance.
Also read the operating instructions for
the KM 410 / KM 411 Open Grill
carefully. This way you will avoid the
risk of accidents and damage to the
appliance.

Cleaning for the first time
Before using for the first time the
griddle should be cleaned using a
solution of warm water and a little
washing up liquid and then dried with a
soft cloth.
