The washing machine is
programmed to cold water operation
at the factory.
If you wish to use a hot water
connection with the washing machine, it
must be reprogrammed as described in
"Settings menu".

For technical and hygienic
reasons, the washing machine must
always be connected to cold water
as well.
Markings of water intake hoses
Cold water (tap water) = silver label
Alternative types of water = red label
Installation and connection
Cold water connection
The water intake hose with the silver
label is used for cold water connection.
The other water intake hose can be
fixed at the back of the appliance.
Hot water connection
The water intake hose with the red label
is used for hot water connection.
Tips for hot water connection
– The temperature of hot water on the
mains water tap must not exceed
60°C. The preferred temperature is
55°C.
– If the hot water tap is turned off for
some time, the washing machine will
automatically switch to the cold water
connection. This safety measure is
not intended for the permanent
operation of the appliance. The
washing machine continues to wash
using hot water operation, but
washing results are worsened.
