Section 3 - Configuration
Users / Groups:
The section allows you to create and manage user
accounts and groups. Here you can set user and
group privileges for specific shared folders. Up to
64 users and 10 groups can be created.
Quotas:
This section allows you to assign a quota to a
group or user to limit the amount of storage they
are allocated. By default, users and groups do not
have a quota.
Network Access:
This section allows you to assign access rights
(SMB or NFS) to users or groups to specific folders
or volumes. By default, all volumes are open
to anyone on the local network with read/write
access. Before specific user or group rules can be
created, the default rules must be deleted.
FTP Server:
This section allows you to configure the settings
of the built-in FTP server.
UPnP AV Server:
This section allows you to configure the UPnP AV server. You can enable or disable the UPnP AV service, and specify
the folder or directory that will be shared.
iTunes Server:
This section allows you to configure the iTunes server. You can enable or disable the iTunes service, set the password
for the service, and specify the folder or directory that will be shared.
DHCP Server:
This section allows you to enable the built-in DHCP server to issue IP addresses to devices on your local network.
LLTD:
This section allows you to enable or disable LLTD support.
Add-Ons:
This section allows you to install application packages onto your system. In addition, you can also install language
packages to suit your local language needs.
