Grasp the paper on each side, and pull it out gently.

Close the top cover, and then close the front door.

If paper is jammed between the front door and Tray 1, 230.xx Paper jam appears.

Remove Tray 1.

Open the front door.

Pull straight up to remove the jammed paper.

Pull out on the release tabs to allow the front door to split.

Pull straight out to remove any jammed paper.
