See if the battery interface is damaged.
Protect the battery according to the previous chapters.
Battery life will shorted over time after charging and discharging.

4.2.9 LCD is black
See if your computer is in Hibernation mode.
See if you have made the following configuration for Power
Management: "shut down LCD screen after some time".
See if your computer is connected to any external display device
and you have switched to it.

Except the maintenance and troubleshooting actions we
recommend, we strongly recommend: Do not disassemble your
computer; do not maintain, repair or restructure the computer by
yourself or by agencies that are not licensed by Lenovo.

repair services. You can get free or charging services on the basis of
Lennon's service policies.
