Once the battery has taken a charge,
you can switch on your phone.

on the top of the phone) for two
seconds.

• CHECK THE START SCREEN

When you switch on your phone, a Nokia
welcome appears, and then you see the
screen. This is the "home base" for your phone.
Return to the Start screen
You can easily return to the Start screen from
any activity by pressing
The phone clears (erases) any text or information you may have been
entering, and returns to its Home screen when you press
if you were writing a new text message, the message will remain.
Warning: Do not switch on
the phone in places where wireless phone use is prohibited or
where the use of the phone could cause interference or
danger.
