Viewing or Erasing the Error Log
17. ERROR LOG appears on the display and scrolls continuously.
When you are ready, press OK to determine how many errors exist
in the error log. A heading scrolls across the display listing the
number of errors in the log. Press OK again to view the entries.
Note: If NO ERRORS appears, press RESET to return to the
Precor banner, or press CLEAR to return to the ERROR LOG
banner.
18. To view the each entry in the error log, press the down arrow key
on the navigational bar. Each error code specifies when it occurred
listing the odometer, unit, and hour meter. Current (amp) values
may also be displayed.
19. Copy the error code information to paper so you can provide it to
Customer Support if needed. Be sure to copy it exactly as shown.
20. To return to the informational display menu, press CLEAR.

21. When you no longer need the information, you may erase all
entries in the error log by pressing the QUICKSTART key while
any error description is scrolling across the display. Continue to
maintain light pressure on the key until the message, HOLD TO
CLEAR ERRORS, scrolls off the display. When the key is
released, NO ERRORS appears on the display, which indicates
the error log has been deleted.
Important: You cannot retrieve the error log once you have
deleted it. You may want to resolve any issues you are
experiencing with the equipment before erasing the error log.
22. When you are ready, press RESET to return to the Precor banner.

Troubleshooting Error Codes

If an error code appears in the display, call an authorized service
person for assistance. Refer to Obtaining Service.
Note: On treadmills, try removing the error by cycling the power. Turn
the equipment Off and then On. If the error code continues to appear,
call an authorized service person for assistance.
