Greasing the steering head bearing

Remove the lower triple clamp. (
Install the lower triple clamp. (

Dismounting the front fender

Installing the front fender

Position the upper triple clamp with the steering.
Mount and tighten screw
Specification
Screw, top steering head
Position the clutch line, wiring harness and CDI control unit. Mount and tighten
screws .

Remaining screws, chassis

Install front fender. (
Fit the start number plate. (
Install the fork legs. (
Mount and tighten screw
Specification
Screw, top steering stem
Check the cable harness, cable, brake and clutch line for free movement and free
laying.
Check play of steering head bearing. (

Remove screws
Make sure that the distance bushings remain in place.

Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
Make sure that the spacing sleeves are mounted in the fender.
Position the front fender. Mount and tighten screws

Take care with the contact of the holding lugs to the start number plate.
