Home Display Text Message

Your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex is provided
with a feature that allows your Service
Provider to send special text messages to
your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex display.
The message is displayed when your
MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex is idle.
The message will stay on your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex
display until a new message is received.
If configured by your Service Provider, your MTP850 Ex/
MTP810 Ex will display an internal Home display until
another message is received.
Time & Date
If your Service Provider configured this feature, the MTP850
Ex/MTP810 Ex shows current time and date on home
display.
You can also check time and date, wherever in menu, by
pressing relevant one-touch button.
Check in the menu options whether the Service Provider has
given you the capability of customising time and date settings
(see page 120).

Terminal Disable/Enable

Your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex is provided with a feature that
allows your Service Provider to disable it temporarily in case
it is stolen. When your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex is disabled,
no calls can be initiated or received.
While your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex is disabled, it will look
and act like it is turned Off.
If you try to turn your MTP850 Ex/MTP810 Ex On, when it is
disabled, it will operate as described above.
