Honey yoghurts

1 l whole milk
125g yoghurt
18 tbsp honey

Cooking: 12 hours at 40°C
Resting time: 3 hours in the refrigerator

Combine the milk and yoghurt. Place 2 tbsp honey
in each pot.
Divide the milk between the pots steamer and

water in the water tank. Put the steamer lid on and
cook for 12 hours at 40°C.
To make sure that the honey stays at the bottom of the
pots, pour the milk in very slowly and gently over the
back of a spoon.

cook for 12 hours at 40°C.

over the back of a spoon.
