Electric Knife KH 550 Intended use The electric knife is suitable for cutting various types of foodstuff. It is intended for domestic use only, not for commercial applications. Operation Inserting the blades Important: Hold the blades with the finger protection grips only. The blades are very sharp - there is a risk of personal injury! 1. Select the blade suitable for the task to be done: • The universal knife blade teeth for cooked meats (without bones), cooked poultry, bread, cakes, filled bread rolls, fruit (without pips or stones) and vegetables. -

Cleaning Important: Before cleaning, ALWAYS remove the power plug from the appliance. Important: NEVER submerse the motor block in wa- ter. Risk of electric shock. Clean the blades with hot water and detergent. Afterwards, dry them well. Wipe the motor unit with a lightly moistened cloth only. For stubborn soiling, apply some mild detergent to the cloth. -
