Sincetheresistanceofapaperchangeswhentherecycledpaperhavingbadsurfacenature
isusedunderthehightemperatureandhighhumidityenvironment,thecurrentvalueofthe
Secondary Transfer may be insufficient. As a result, the blank area caused by Secondary
Transferfailuremayoccur.
[Occurrencecondition]
Incasethattherecycledpaperhavingbadsurfacenatureisusedunderthehightemperature
andhighhumidityenvironment.
Thisphenomenonwillbemoreobviouswhenabluesolidimageiscopied.
[Remedy]
Pleaseperformthefollowingsteps.
1) Check environmental classification inside the machine.
Indication of inside environmental classification (COPIER>DISPLAY>MISC>ENV-TR)

3) Check the "printing surface" which the poor image occurred. (Example: In the case of a first
