How to cancel MEAP SAFE mode

If you want to end safe mode, repeat the steps but change '1' to '0' in step -4 and restart the
device.

If accessed to SMS in MEAP SAFE mode, the device started mode is shown on the title
bar of the browser.
When normally started:

When starting in MEAP SAFE mode:
