3. TROUBLE SHOOTING

Symptom Possible Cause
No LED display 1. Battery weak
on the front

2. Battery defective

If any abnormal situations occur that are not listed above, please call service
personnel immediately.
Remedy
1. Charge battery for
up to 8 hours
2. Replace with the same
type of battery
3. Press the power
switch again
Verify that the load matches
the UPS capability specified
in the specs
1. Remove some
non-critical load
for 8 hours or more
3. Replace with the same
type of battery
Reconnect the power cord
properly
