Lift the front cover, and then pull down the multipurpose feeder door.

Lift the blue handle, and then pull the toner cartridge out of the printer.

Place the cartridge aside.

What to do
Open the rear door of the mailbox, and then remove
the jammed paper.
Open the rear door of the staple finisher, and then
remove the jammed paper.
