REMOVING THE DECORATIVE GLASS, THE OVEN DOOR
HANDLE, THE HINGES, AND THE OVEN DOOR GLASS
NOTE: Sharp edges may be present.
1. Remove the oven door from the range
(see page 4-20 for the procedure).
2. Place the oven door on a padded work
surface with the decorative glass and
handle facing up and the bottom edge
facing you.
3. Remove the bottom screws from the left
and right decorative panels, and the glass
retainer, then lift the two panels slightly,
and remove the glass retainer.

4. Position the door with the top edge facing
up, as shown below.
5. Remove the two top outer screws from the
left and right decorative panels.

6. Remove the two inner decorative panel
screws, and remove the trim strip and
panels from the door.

7. To remove the decorative glass:
a) Slide the glass out of the notches in the
air vent, and remove the glass.
