Assembly

Warning! Before assembly, make sure that the
tool is switched off and unplugged.
Note: This tool is accurately adjusted before
shipping from the factory. Check the following
accuracy and readjust them if necessary in order
to obtain the best results in operation.

Laser beam

The laser beam alignment is set at the
manufacturing source and is not user adjustable.

Mitre angle adjustment

The sliding compound mitre saw scale can be
easily read showing mitre angles from 0° to 47°
to the left and the right. The most common angle
cut setting slots have positive stops, permitting
fast adjustments to the required position. Follow
the process below for quickest and most
accurate adjustments.
Superlok™ mitre clamp (fig. B)
The Superlok™ mitre clamp (9) allows the saw to
be set to specific angles other than the preset
angles of 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 31.6°, and 47° which
are set using the mitre detent lever (11).
