Front chassis fan is not connected or may
have malfunctioned.
CPU or chassis fan is not connected or may
have malfunctioned.
Power supply fan is not connected or may
have malfunctioned.
Recommended action
1. Reconnect keyboard with computer
turned off.
2. Replace the system board.
