Removing the base grille
To remove base grille:
1. Open both doors.
2. Pull base grille forward to release the
support tabs from the metal clips.
3. Do not remove Tech Sheet fastened
behlnd the base grllle,
To replace base grille:
1. Line up base grille support tabs with metal
clips.
2. Push base grille firmly to snap Into place.
3. Close the doors.

Removing the defrost pan
Personal Injury Hazard
Refrigeration system tubes are located
above the defrost pan and can become
hot. Remove and Install defrost pan
carefully.
Failure to do so could result In personal
Injury.
To remove defrost pan:
I. Remove base grille. (See above.)
2. Liftdefrost pan over wire brace. Remove
tape, If any.
3. Clean as described on page 22.
To replace defrost pan:
I. Replace pan with notched corner to the
rear.
2. Pushdefrost p an Inall theway. Make sure
thedefrost d raln tube Is directed Into
defrost p an.
3. Replace base grille. (Seeabove.)
