Problem
The appliance will
not prepare a drink
although there are
capsules in the
capsule carousel
and sufficient water
in the water
container.
While changing the
portion size
(programming the
amount), the drink
stops dispensing.
The descaling
programme was
started by mistake.
Possible cause and remedy
The water container is not in the correct position.
^ Remove the water container and push it back in again.
A coffee capsule is stuck in the capsule carousel.
^ Open the appliance door.
^ Pull out the carousel runner, lift up the capsule carousel,
and loosen the coffee capsules so that they can all move
freely.
^ Put the capsule carousel in the carousel runner and push
this back into the appliance until it connects. Close the
appliance door.
The maximum possible water volume has been reached.
Preparation is stopped and the maximum possible portion
size is saved.
There is insufficient water in the water container. The
process for programming the amount will be cancelled and
the portion size will not be saved.
^ Fill the water container and reprogramme the portion size.
The descaling programme cannot be cancelled once you
have touched the OK sensor.
The programme has to be completed through to the end.
This is a safety measure to ensure that the machine is fully
descaled, and is important for the long-term protection of
the machine and to ensure it functions correctly.
^ Descale the coffee machine (see "Descaling").
