Use the TRACKFORMER [PLAY/PAUSE]
button to perform deck operations. Adjust the
volume of the output using MASTER and/or
HEADPHONE.
NOTE
• Under djay2 for iPad/iPhone initial default settings,
a track starts to play as soon as it is loaded. You can
change the settings so the track goes into playback
standby after it is loaded. For more information, see
the separate Tutorial Manual.
Using TRACKFORMER (djay2 for iPad/iPhone)

Flow for Outputting Audio

The 4-channel audio output from djay2 for iPad/
iPhone is divided between the L and R channels of
MASTER OUT and the L and R channels of
HEADPHONE OUT (for pre-cueing output).

Sound output from TRACKFORMER MASTER OUT
can be selected by changing the position of the djay2
for iPad/iPhone CROSSFADER.
Under initial factory default settings, sound output
from TRACKFORMER HEADPHONE OUT is the
playback sound of the deck that is opposite the one
selected by CROSSFADER. This means you can
monitor the next track to be played over
headphones.
