WHIPPED CREAM

Attach pro whisk to mixer. Place cream in medium
bowl. Beat on Speed 7 about 30 seconds, or until
soft peaks form. Continuing on Speed 7, gradually
add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat about
30 seconds, or until stiff.
