XXXX – 4-digit SMS password (the default SMS password is 0000 – four zeros). The system configuration and control can be performed by sending SMS messages to EPIR2 phone number, using EKB3W wireless keyboard, via USB connection locally or GPRS connection remotely using ELDES Configuration Tool software, which is recommended for quick and more convenient system configuration.
NOTE: The system can be configured using one keyboard at a time only. Other connected keyboards become inactive in Con- figuration Mode. Software ELDES Configuration Tool is intended to work directly with EPIR2 alarm system, which can be connected to the CONFIGU- computer via USB port or via GPRS connection remotely.

4.4.12 SMS Message Delivery Report Disable SMS The delivery report of SMS messages is required by the system as a confirmation that a certain Message Delivery SMS message was successfully delivered to the user. 7.2 Communication The system supports the following communication methods аnd protocols: • GPRS network – EGR100, Kronos protocol. • Voice calls (GSM audio channel) – Ademco Contact ID protocol. • SMS – Cortex SMS format.
