3. Set the drawer to desired temperature setting (LO, MED LO,
MED, MED HIGH and HIGH).
4. Preheat the drawer. For LO, preheat for 5 minutes. For MED,
preheat for 8 minutes. For HIGH, preheat for 10 minutes.

Positioning Racks and Pans

Positioning Racks
The warming drawer comes with two racks. The high rack allows
you to stack items in the drawer, while the low rack raises the
utensil
in. (1.27 cm) from the bottom of the drawer. The rack
will fit from front to back, or side to side.
NOTE: When placing the racks front to back, the drawer must be
fully opened.
Pans
The warming drawer comes with pans that fit conveniently inside
the drawer. On 30 in. (76 cm) models, the warming drawer comes
with 3 pans. On 27 in. (68 cm) models, the warming drawer
comes with 2 pans.
1. Pan Support
(in locator notch)
The pans provided with both models are durable, and can
withstand oven temperatures because they are approved for
oven cooking.
When using the pan(s), make sure the pan support is properly
installed in the locator notch before inserting pan(s). When not
using the pan(s), place the support in the storage notch.
WARMING DRAWER TEMPERATURE CHART
Different foods require different settings in order to maintain the
ideal serving temperature. Use the following chart as a guide.

Warming Cookware

Use only cookware approved for oven use. Follow the cookware
manufacturer's instructions, especially when using glass or
plastic cookware.
