The seat interlock switch is only one part of the vehicle safety
system. The interlock switch should not be relied upon as the only
safety features used to disable or disengage this vehicle.
Headlights and Optional Accessory Switch
Hour Meter
Charger Interlock
A switch located under the driver's seat disables the power
to the vehicle when the driver leaves the seat. The driver
must be seated for the vehicle to operate.
Whenever the driver leaves the seat, they should turn
the key-switch off, place the forward-reverse switch in
the center "OFF" position, and set the park brake.
The headlight switch is located on the far left side of the
instrument panel. An accessory switch, if any, is next to
it.
The hour meter is located to the right of the battery status
indicator. This records the number of hours the vehicle
has been in operation.
The charger interlock is designed to disable the vehicle
from being driven while the AC charger cord is plugged
into a functioning power source.
NOTE: The charger interlock may located inside the
charger cabinet.
